I'm loving my FULL BODY INFRARED PEMF MAT. I lay on it every night for minimum one hour. It has been a game changer for my lower back pain, it's also my de-stress time. The whole family has used it for different reasons but they have to fight me for it of an evening 😁

Initially I wasn't sure I was using my mat properly but having since spoken with a very helpful person from Best Cellf I am loving it.
