Shipping policy

BEST CELLF currently ships within Australia and to New Zealand, the United States and Singapore. If you are outside of our shipping locations, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email or website chat; we are always willing to cater to our customers' needs. Shipping is via Australia Post from Newcastle NSW.

Signature on delivery - we require a signature on delivery to keep your valuable items in the right hands. If you are not present during delivery, a card will be left, and you may receive a text message to coordinate redelivery or collection.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

For New Zealand orders over NZ$150 and United States orders over USD$500, applicable import GST and customs clearance charges are included in the price paid at checkout. There will be no additional customs payment required on arrival.

For all other international destinations, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless specifically stated at checkout or on the relevant country shipping page.

Customers are also responsible for any customs or import costs associated with exchanged or replacement products, except where otherwise agreed by BEST CELLF.

BEST CELLF reserves the right to limit sales of its products to any person or geographic region on a case-by-case basis.
