Shipping policy

BEST CELLF currently ships within Australia and to New Zealand, Indonesia and Singapore. If you are outside of our shipping locations, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email or website chat, and we will see if shipping is possible. Shipping is via Australia Post.

Signature on delivery - we require a signature on delivery to keep your valuable items in the right hands. If you are not present during delivery, a card will be left, and you may receive a text message to coordinate redelivery or collection. 

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING 

BEST CELLF offers free standard shipping in Australia for orders $99 and over.

Standard 3-7 days: FREE for orders over $99 or $9.95 for orders under $99.

Express 2-5 days: $50-$60 for orders over $500 (weight dependent) and $12.95 for orders under $500.

BEST CELLF uses Australia Post.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING (in AUD)

Australia Post Standard 6-25 days: $40 (orders over $500)

Australia Post Express 3-7 days: $140 (orders over $500)

Orders under $100 Regular Post $19 and Express Post $45

 

OUTSIDE OF AU AND NZ SHIPPING (in AUD)

Australia Post Standard 6-25 days: $60 (orders over $500)

Australia Post Express 3-7 days: $90 (orders over $500)

Orders under $100 Regular Post $30 and Express Post $45

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

You are solely responsible for any import duties or customs fees associated with your order. You must also cover any such costs related to exchanged products.
