NDIS & Veterans - How We Can Help
At BEST CELLF, we’re passionate about helping Australians feel and function at their best. Many of our customers are older adults or NDIS participants who want to support their health and well-being with safe, effective wellness devices like our PEMF mats and red light products.
While BEST CELLF is not a registered NDIS or DVA provider, many customers successfully purchase our devices using their NDIS or Veterans funding.

How NDIS Claims Work:
- Self-managed participants: You can purchase directly from us, pay upfront and claim the cost back through your NDIS portal.
- Plan-managed participants: We can provide an invoice or quote with all the information your plan manager needs to process the payment directly to us.
- NDIA-managed participants: These claims usually require a registered provider; speak with your support coordinator or allied health professional about your options.
In most cases, you’ll need a supporting letter or recommendation from an allied health professional (e.g. occupational therapist or physiotherapist) linking the device to your NDIS goals.
How Veterans (DVA) Claims Work:
DVA funding is typically arranged by your GP or allied health professional. If you have a DVA Gold or White Card, speak to your healthcare provider - they may be able to prescribe equipment or treatments to support your condition.
While BEST CELLF is not a DVA-registered provider, customers have successfully purchased devices recommended by their clinician.
We can’t guarantee that every claim will be approved, as funding decisions are made by your NDIS plan or DVA assessor. However, we’re happy to provide the paperwork and support you need for your claim.
