REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICIES
BEST CELLF provides a 12-month warranty. The warranty covers all faulty measures and any technical issues due to manufacturing defects.
BEST CELLF tests all Infrared PEMF mats prior to dispatch for shipping. Should you receive your item and deem it defective, you can contact us for an exchange or a refund.
Our warranty does not cover water damage or physical damage.
If you have not followed the care instructions and as a result, you have damaged the product, this is not covered in your warranty.
Please ensure you have read your product User Manual to understand the technology, the heat protection settings and the care instructions.
If you are unsure whether your product is working correctly, want to return your defective product or have any questions, you must reach out to us by emailing hello@bestcellf.com.au with your order information.
You must provide throughout context on the problem you are having with the product including photos in order for BEST CELLF to determine the case. Please do not send your purchase back without emailing us first otherwise, your refund or exchange will not be processed.
If your product has been damaged due to shipping, you must email us within 10 business days in order for the case to be processed.
An exchange or refund will be issued if the product is deemed defective due to manufacturing and shipping reasons.
